Born in Beaufort, South Carolina on December 12, 2000, Devyn Katherine Valentini Kwon is the last biological daughter of Moon Kwon and Alexander Valentini.

Following the family tradition, she graduated from OCSA in Theater, with a specialization in Acting and is currently a student at The American Academy of Dramatic Arts, on the Los Angeles campus. She played Vanessa Morita in Backstage between the years 2016 and 2017 and is the character Sage in Utopia Falls.

CHILDHOOD

Because she’s five years younger than her older brothers, Devyn felt left out, not because of them, but because of herself. Since Liam, Ethan, Naya and Lexi were born followed by the others in 1993, 1994 and 1995, her mind said she didn’t fit into their conversations, but none of the four left her out and made her feel integrated. Even so, she wished she could have a brother or sister around her age, envying others and their connection.

When her parents adopted and brought Autumn home, only a year younger than her, the two became best friends immediately. Despite having a respect and admiration for the other four, she was pleased to have someone her own age, but has already confessed that she missed being the youngest and being the spoiled family.

She even took dance lessons with Autie and loves this art, but it was at the Theater that she found herself, and as soon as the opportunity to enter the Orange County School of The Arts appeared, she didn’t hesitate to sign up for the conservatory of Performance. Devyn and Autie are very close to Max and Graham, their cousins with whom they were raised. Her mother Moon has already compared the generations between the children: Liam, Ethan, Naya and Alexa in the first generation, as she affectionately calls it, and Max, Graham, Devyn and Autumn in the second.
